The software does not use the permission of retrieving contacts to collect any data for purposes of retaining the data via storage nor similar means. It only requires this permission for the functioning of its parts, for providing, via SMS, per user initiative, public address or addresses of the user's wallet for receiving funds, within the scenario, e.g., the user replies a payer providing user's previously requested address regarding an eventual transference of funds relative, and only relative, to the parties involved. The software access to the device camera is for purposes of reading QR Codes and only under user request. The unique exception for these conditions occurs case the user decide to use trading capabilities, a situation under which the user will be asked to fulfill a form with data required by reasons regarding accountability and legal purposes. Under this latter situation, the data will be provided with user consent and will transit, to storage, fully secured by encryption - with no data sharing and with no data disclosure except when required by law and backed by official request.
